Ingredients: 250 grams of lemon juice/ 190 grams of sugar / 1 teaspoon vanilla seeds / 1 large tablespoon of agar agar

Thin down the agar agar in some lemon juice. In a pot bring to boil the remaining lemon juice, the sugar and vanilla seeds. When the syrup starts to boil, add the agar agar and let it boil for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into a sterilized jar and let it cool. Close the jar and let the jelly solidify in the refrigerator all night.
